- City Hall hours are Mondays - Thursdays, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (closed from noon to 1 for lunch) and Fridays, 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, excluding City recognized holidays.

- The City has adopted the 2018 International Residential Code and International Building Code.
- Permits are required for structures over 200 square feet; structures attached to dwellings (like decks), habitable spaces, retaining walls over 4' tall, fences over 7' tall, solar panels, & communication towers.

- Roof Snow Load: 36 pounds per square foot
- Ground Snow Load: 45 pounds per square foot

- The City Council holds regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the each month at 6 PM.
- The Land Use & Development Commission holds regular meetings on the 2nd Tuesdays of each month at 6 PM.
